Intuitive eating is about attending to your body and giving it what it needs. It’s unnecessary to count calories or follow a restrictive diet. Instead, it’s about making food choices that make you feel good–physically and emotionally.

Recent scientific studies have positively weighted intuitive eating as beneficial for health. There are several advantages of intuitive eating that were positively associated with numerous positive psychological constructs, such as positive body image, self-esteem, and well-being. And because of improved digestion, better sleep, more energy, and a positive relationship with food.

It may also assist you in achieving and maintaining healthy body weight. Intuitive eating is not a fad diet–it’s a way of life that can help you develop a more beneficial relationship with food and your body.
