Shakira swept the MTV Video Vanguard Awards, so much so that she had more impact than the big winner of the night, Taylor Swift, who won nine awards.
Shakira did a 10.27-minute performance that eclipsed the night and made Swift herself enjoy and dance.
The Colombian began the spectacle of her stuffed in a container/closet, starting a game of lights, sounds, and sensual movements with her hit She Wolf, then Monotonia, Hips Don’t Lie.
Continuing with her latest success that has swept digital platforms, such as Spotify: Bzrp Music Sessions, Vol. 53, where she sings of spite for her ex-husband and father of her two children having been unfaithful, she does not cry, but she does sing to him bitterly:
