Life is better in most parts of Europe. Among other things, the weather, food, or human warmth because, as you said, the use o weapons is restricted to police and military personnel.
Not only in the number but in the type of arms, no one can have assault weapons or pistols, only hunting rifles.
It is a delight to live in Europe. Of course, Putin has screwed up the economy with his crazy war in Ukraine.
