Kyrie Irving And Luka Doncic Will Champion To Mavericks?

Rethinking the Dallas Mavericks: What They Need to Reach the Playoffs

Last season, the Dallas Mavericks had a lovely season, making the playoffs, primary thanks to their rising star Luka Doncic. However, the Mavericks, even having signed Kyrie Irving, have little realistic chance of advancing to the final rounds of the playoffs this year or clinching the NBA title this year.

The Mavericks have figured out a winning strategy with their famous guard duo of Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving — they need each one to put up at least 40 points. Just like on Thursday when Dallas won 133–126 against the Philadelphia 76ers, these two men delivered!

Doncic scored 42 points and 12 assists, while Irving recorded an impressive 40 points plus six assists — it’s no wonder this is only the second game in which the Mavs have triumphed from six games together.

Old team and no depth roster

Of the last team that played against the 76ers, only three players were less old than 30, except for their prominent figure Luka Doncic, 24, Green, 22, and Wood, 27. It is a senior group that does not defend well and is prone to physical wear and tear earlier.
