I don't think Covid has anything to do with the etiology of Parkinson's disease. But yes, with Long Covid, that produces fatigue and mental issues.

So far, what is clear about Parkinson's disease is that it is, as you said, a problem with dopamine. There is still much to know, but medical science is close to essential developments in prevention and effective treatment.
