I am a walking smile
A blatant disguise
My laugh is a facade
Hiding the tears I’ve cried

I’m a master of dissimulation
My feelings I keep hidden
But inside, I am dying
And my heart is slowly cracking

But I’ll never let you see
The pain that I feel inside
I’ll always keep smiling
Even though I’m dying inside.

I am a marching smile
I am a pain speaking
I am a flagrant being
I am what you perceive, smile, grief and all

My smile is my screen.
Cover up the pain and the disgrace
Pain is my ordnance
Cut lies and deception

But I’m more than just a smile and pain
I’m a human being
But I’m more than a weakling human being
And they will see me smile, with pain and everything.
