I have a great experience in Facebook groups, both medium and other types. I am one of the moderators of one of the most influential groups in the MLB (Major League Baseball), which has more than 160,000 members.

Related to the medium groups on Facebook, they work if there is a balance between the members' freedom, some manage so that the participants do not get out of control, and the genuine commitment to supporting each other, especially the latter. Otherwise, it will be another group without sorrow or glory.

But with your leadership, innovation, and organization, I do not doubt it would be a great community.

Another thing is to choose administrators and moderators well, which is critical because one person cannot do everything.
