I have discovered the cure for Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), at least for me. The treatment is based solely on consuming a vegetable I didn’t know and had never eaten. As soon as I started eating it, I immediately noticed its beneficial effects on my intestine and health. These changes were immediate.

Context

For about 20 years, I had been suffering from what is known as pseudo-diarrhea, a clinical condition characterized by an increase in the number of defecation and a decrease in the consistency of the stool.
