After doing the Camino De Santiago, I want to share many stories of people and cities I encountered during 20 fabulous days until I reached Santiago de Compostela.

For the first time, in this chapter, I will share a general view of Astorga and the people I meet there.

We all have a reason for making our way, and we walk it. But the definitive and fundamental path can take time. To me, more than 40 years. Here I am, walking and happy.

It’s never too late, they say. I also believe it.

The arrival:

I reached Astorga, northwest of Spain, from Tarragona, on Sunday.
