Sure, it's tough to slow down sometimes, but we can lose seconds or minutes; indeed, most of the time, we will gain something.

We're always so busy and feel like we have to rush through everything. But it's vital to take a step back and relax every time.

Just take a deep breath and enjoy the moment. There's no need to hurry. Everything will still be there when you're ready.
